This Halloween, Terrazza Collini sets the scene for a special night inspired by the world of pop art, where the artistic identity of Collini Rooms meets the bold atmosphere of Halloween.
Surrounded by murals, artistic influences and unconventional details, the evening unfolds with a dinner show and DJ set by DADA VOICE, alongside two special menus created for the occasion.
MEAT MENU — €60
POP BLOOD TARTARE
Beef tartare with stracciatella, confit cherry tomatoes, capers and crunchy tarallo crumble.
GLOW PUMPKIN PATCH
Pumpkin risotto with Gorgonzola fondue and toasted walnuts.
DARK MASQUERADE CHEEK
Slow-cooked veal cheek with creamy mashed potatoes and a crunchy almond emulsion.
RIPAMISÙ
Traditional tiramisu.

NEON TIDE TARTARE
Bluefin tuna tartare with stracciatella, grilled peaches and basil oil.
BLACK OUT LINGUINE
Squid-ink linguine with Parmigiano fondue and pink prawn tartare.
ABYSSAL TENTACLES
Grilled octopus with potato cream, pea emulsion and beetroot emulsion.
BERRY MACABRE
Red berry cheesecake.
Both menus include water, coffee and one bottle of wine for every four guests, with a choice of Merlot Friuli Grave Torre Rosazza 2023 or Pinot Grigio Grave Torre Rosazza 2024.
